I’ve been having too many of one and not enough of the other.
I had an exam on Friday, communication and Culture AS re-sit and although I did hardly any revision for it I could have managed the grade I’m looking for. Only needing a C grade to make the overall pass an A grade still wasn’t easy though and I’ve wanted to spent my time thinking about current work such as photography and coursework. I’m starting and full essay on Communication and culture in the next few days having done research already so I hope to have a draft in for the weekend. It’s the English that is causing me to seriously look at what I’m writing having a draft of the coursework to be in for preferably Monday morning but it could be as late as Tuesday. Wuthering Heights, I’ll be glad to get shot of it! The other re-sit is English and that’s on Monday afternoon, again I only need the C grade to make up the overall A at AS Level but i think this will be a little more difficult for me, academically I’m not brilliant which is why I concentrate on getting the coursework to a high standard that way I don’t feel the pressure of the exam as much. This time though I am going to do more revision and hopefully make it so I can come away from the A Levels with at least two B’s. If I do well in photography too then I could gain a B grade A Level equivalent.
I’ve also replied to the University offers I’ve had, accepting the offer from Anglia Ruskin and having Lincoln as the insurance. Funny really since Leicester was originally my first choice.
